What we collect and why

We only process the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form or by email: name, company, email address, phone number (optional) and the content of your message.

We use it to answer your enquiry, assess a possible collaboration and maintain the resulting commercial contact. We do not build profiles or take automated decisions.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, given when you submit the form, and on pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Articles 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).

Retention

We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your request and, if a commercial relationship follows, for its duration plus the applicable statutory limitation periods. Otherwise the data is deleted once the enquiry is closed.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. Form delivery and email are handled by technology providers acting as data processors under an Article 28 GDPR agreement.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to our contact address, stating the right you wish to exercise and proving your identity.

If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

This website uses no first-party or third-party cookies, includes no analytics or advertising tools, and serves its fonts from our own server. That is why you will not see a cookie banner: there is simply nothing to consent to.
